Gary helped us sell our home in a buyer’s market and buy a home in a seller’s market! What seemed like a lose lose situation for us turned into a win win with Gary's help. We were able to get what we needed from the home we were selling to be able to get the perfect home for our family.

We originally started trying to sell our home on our own but we had so many questions and concerns. Gary came in and confidently took over and had our home sold within a month!

Our goal was to be able to close on both our previous home and a new home at about the same time so we could just move straight to our new home and not have to worry about finding a place to live and store all our things while looking. In the area we were trying to move to all the best homes were under contract in less than 24 hours of being on the market. So as soon as a home came up that looked even a little bit possible for our family we called Gary and went as fast as we could to check it out. Gary was amazing! He was always ready to go when we were and had everything set up. I felt like a priority and I felt like he really cared about helping us find the best home for our family.

When we found our new home we were nervous because the home had six other offers on it! Gary knew exactly what to do to make our offer the best (but still doable for our budget) so our offer was the one that was accepted.

We would not have come out of this moving experience as happy as we did if we didn’t have Gary’s help. He saved us from what could have been a terrible experience!
