We were moving from out of state and were referred to Gary by someone we knew locally, he was extremely helpful and was always able to make time for us when we were in town to look at houses. He made buying a house from out of state much easier for us, we would recommend him to anyone.

Gary did a great job! He never got tired of helping us out. Our time frame and what we wanted fluctuated several times (and we were very picky!), but he stayed constantly on his toes for us. Gary was the ultimate professional from start to finish! When we met with him for the first time he was thoroughly prepared and well versed in our local area. He spent over an hour and a half with us and we hadn’t even committed to use him yet. His recommendations were excellent and completely appropriate for the time and market. Gary helped us sell our home in a buyer’s market and buy a home in a seller’s market! What seemed like a lose lose situation for us turned into a win win with Gary's help. We were able to get what we needed from the home we were selling to be able to get the perfect home for our family.

When we found our new home we were nervous because the home had six other offers on it! Gary knew exactly what to do to make our offer the best (but still doable for our budget) so our offer was the one that was accepted.

We would not have come out of this moving experience as happy as we did if we didn’t have Gary’s help. He saved us from what could have been a terrible experience!
